I highly recommend Turbo Tim's! I recently had my front end stabilizer bar links replaced. I called that day, and they got it in the shop and repaired that very same day! They offered me a ride (Lyft) to the restaurant across the street that I had lunch at. (It was raining - why not?!) I felt absolutely no pressure in turning down another repair, as I just don't have the money for that now. (It can wait, nothing imminent.) BONUS!! THEY HAVE KITTIES!! Very friendly kitties! Nan WernerAugust 19, 2026Went to Turbo Tim's - Mounds View today for oil change and a/c issues. I grew up in Mounds View, so I was familiar with them. But I confess I mainly went to them because I wanted to see the kitties! But Jack and everyone was so helpful (sorry about the leak) and friendly! The kitties Tony, Kai, Taylor and Beaver were all wonderful. Taylor stayed by me the whole time I was there (4 hours!) and seemed to know I was leaving because he then jumped on my lap and climbed up my shoulder and starting rubbing his dear little face against mine!!! They offer Lyfts and after hour pickup which worked wonderful for me since I work late. I loved hanging out with the cats as well! As I was driving I heard meowing, which lead me to stop in at Turbo Tim's to see if I actually had a cat in my car somewhere. it took them almost an hour to get her out, but they found the 6 week old stowaway above my fuel tank. cat tax below. p.s. the kitten is now living a cushy life at my house.+1Posted on Google

The entire staff is incredibly friendly, and their prices for the oil change are highly affordable. I absolutely love that they offer a complimentary Lyft service to and from the shop. When it came to the vehicle diagnostic, they were thorough, informative, and the diagnostic services didn't feel overpriced at all. Instead of just handing me an overwhelming list of fixes, they prioritized everything from most important to least important. This transparency is so refreshing and makes it incredibly easy for me to plan out and budget for future repairs. Super friendly & transparent service, quality work & a wonderful online system. The staff there are very knowledgeable and genuinely want to help you the best way they can. They’ll break down the cost of each fix/repair, put it in order of what is priority vs what can realistically wait on. Shoutout to Mike, Nick & Sam at the front desk, as well as all the mechanics who’ve been great. My AC is now fixed and they gave me an idea of what future repairs I might need so I can plan accordingly. Nothing but positive things to say about them! My car is running great. All the lights are off. I’m very thankful for their services. They have done great work on both my Kia and Subaru, even dealing with my Subaru being in for almost 3 months from Bearing, then Transmission extended warranty work, then ending the bad luck streak with Insurance Axle work. Either by phone, text, or in person they carry the same amount of friendliness and professionalism between all of it. But I also have a very transparent and clear list of things I can get worked on in the future when I can afford it. They were a lot more affordable than other places I've gone to for auto care. I brought my Toyota Venza in for some much-needed upkeep and was met by the dynamic duo, Jack and Darius—equal parts automotive sages and absolute legends. I tried to stay focused on their expert guidance, but the irresistible feline supervisors roaming the shop kept demanding little nose boops. (Who am I to deny such royalty?) Jack walked me through every detail—in person and with video/text updates—making sure I understood exactly what my car needed and why. Together, he and Darius helped me build a realistic 90-day maintenance plan so I can keep driving my car like I stole it and still hit my fantasy goal of 300k miles. I love their devotion to truth, integrity, transparency… and animals. Turbo Tim’s is simply the best. Five stars and a nose boop! 🐾✨+0
